Whats an reverse 4-Step?

Doing the well known sequence of a 4-Step in opposite direction (Star, Feet to the lower back, Feet on thigh, F2shin) or flipping the entire 4-Step from star to reverse star and doing the established sequence?
In this workshop we will combine both described approaches and offer a playful way to the participants with emphasize on safe spotting.
