We are going to work on Banqiune cascades and similar excercises.
Please come in a team or at least bring one base that wants to work with you. (unless you are a base..)

We will use the head of the base and the head of the flyer in a safe and fun way.

We will start with the most basic ways of climbing up and how to do this without killing your base.
If all goes well and we have the lounge we will also work on some faster ways up using banquine and other techniques.
