Hi, ich bin Luisa, 34 Jahre alt, und Mama eines 5-Jährigen.
Vor 10 Jahren habe ich über Pole Dance zur Akrobatik gefunden. Seitdem probiere ich mich begeistert durch die unterschiedlichsten Akrobatikarten, doch mein Herz habe ich an das Vertikaltuch verloren.
Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, diese Begeisterung mit euch zu teilen. :)
Hi, I'm Luisa, 34 years old, and mom to a 5-year-old. In diesem Workshop erkunden wir Duo-Akrobatik am Vertikaltuch.
Wir zeigen euch verschiedene Elemente zu zweit am Tuch, die ihr auch zu einer längeren Kombination verbinden könnt.
Der Workshop ist auch für gleich große Partner*innen geeignet.
In this workshop, we explore duo acrobatics on aerial silks.
We'll show different two-person elements on one silk, which can also be linked into a longer combination.
This workshop is suitable for same-size partners.
In diesem Workshop zeige ich euch schöne Shapes, Drops und Kombinationen rund um den Spagat im Tuch.
Außerdem arbeiten wir an der Progression zur Spagat-Balance.
In this workshop, I will show you beautiful split shapes, drops, and combinations on aerial silks.
We will also work through the progression towards split balance in the silks.
