Verena is a very experienced teacher. She has been around the Acro community for more than 18 years and has extensive experience with all kinds of standing dynamic tricks as well as Icarian and Statics. So go talk to her if you have any questions about that. She has taught many a base how to do Cannonballs 'cause it's her favourite thing. ;)
She has a background in competitional sports like Figure Skating and Aerobic Gymnastics, where she has also been teaching from a young age. She loves to break down complex movements into pieces that are accessible for everyone and she really loves finding the right preperational excersise that will help you where you're currently at. She is a full time teacher for Handstands and Acrobatics.
