We will start with the most basic ways of climbing up and how to do this without killing your base.
If all goes well and we have the lounge we will also work on some faster ways up using banquine and other techniques.

Bart spent the last 4 years teaching in Europe, Russia, Israel and the USA. Barts parents were both acrobats and he's been practising most of his life. Come join for a weekend of fun and adventure as he shares this knowledge of the standard (and non standard!) acrobatics (Solar AcroYoga) moves and creative transitions and sequences. You will definitely come away with something new!
Bart has an infectious joy in this practise. You will be exposed to new tricks and transitions you didn't think possible. Teaching in Acronia for the 1st time, this is a chance to delve deep into your acrobatic potential.
