We build up to standing F2H, running through low F2H variations while constantly switching partners. You will walk out of this workshop with many experiences and maybe with a few new connections.
Annika fell in love with Acro 10 years ago - and since then her world was turned upside down. She specialized in hand to hand and handstands, but also loves group acro and icarian.
In her workshops she likes to create a fun learning atmosphere with a focus on technical progressions and positive communication.
Partner acrobat since 2019, acro nerd by nature. Deriving tremendous joy from taking tricks apart and perfecting each part until it feels great and save. Excited about everything standing and dynamic!
