ACRONIA 2026

Core Strength for Mums
2026-08-08 , Grand Cloud (Ikarian/Pops)
Language: English

This class is designed for women who gave birth, and who would like to build their strongest core ever - whether just for personal satisfaction, or for a better acrobatic performance. During the class we will learn how to breathe, so that breathing supports the correct core engagement. We will learn how to train safely, progressively and effectively, and what to look at if we want to avoid making mistakes. The workshop is open also for women who didn't give birth, but are struggling with their core strength and would like to finally get some positive results in their training routines.

I am a handstand, yoga and acroyoga teacher. I've been practicing since 2009, and teaching professionally since 2014. I taught fully booked workshops all around Europe, taught on yoga conferences, teacher trainings, I led workshops on how to teach handstands for Cabuwazi circus. I also led a few Erasmus projects sharing this skill for aspiring youth workers. Since 2022 I run a yoga studio in Halle (Saale) - I manage it, teach regularly while taking care of my 1 year old daughter. Last year I focused primarly on rebuilding my core strength after pregnancy and birth, and I'd love to share what I've learnt with other women.

I am a 500h Registered Yoga Teacher, and have a total of 700 hours of yoga-related training. I am also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Core Exercise Specialist and received a certificate in 2024 from Sarah Duvall, USA. I did dozens of AcroYoga workshops as a participant, including AcroYoga Solar and Lunar immersions with Jason Nemer, and regularly joined acrobatic conventions all around Europe.

I'm passionate about what I do and Iove to share good quality programs with anyone who wants to learn.
