A nice little sequence with 2 bases and 1 Flyer. Involving H2H, f2h and some twists and turns and a little bit of swing and double pitch.
Annika fell in love with Acro 10 years ago - and since then her world was turned upside down. She specialized in hand to hand and handstands, but also loves group acro and icarian.
In her workshops she likes to create a fun learning atmosphere with a focus on technical progressions and positive communication.
Lifting people since `23. With a background in weightlifting and dancing I am constantly aiming to do tricks as smooth and beautiful as possible. In love with unusual tricks and group acro.
Partner acrobat since 2019, acro nerd by nature. Deriving tremendous joy from taking tricks apart and perfecting each part until it feels great and save. Excited about everything standing and dynamic!
