How to fall safely and approach unknown tricks well. How we take tricks apart in safe in-between steps and progressions, think before you what could go wrong & how to safely survive it. ;) Great for taking new tricks home and to grow with them successfully.
Acro to me means play, consent, exploration, challenge and shared wins. It is the sport that I could do all day long, every day - and not notice how exhausting it actually is. ;) As part of the SAFE Acrobatics family and certified acrobatics trainer, it is important to me to teach acro so that it is accessible & safe for everyone. You can expect a focus on technique, an eye for details and useful drills, without losing the fun out of sight! Let's play together!
