I would love to share my passion for feet and the deep relaxation that can be experienced through a foot massage.
Foot reflexology basically means that the whole body is mirrored in our feet and by massaging we help the corresponding body parts to heal.
In the workshop I will provide some more knowledge about foot reflexology.
Especially in Acro Yoga, our feet are needed and worked with a lot, so let's give them some loving touch and massage! 👣❤️
In the workshop we will partner up and massage each others feet, please wash your feet and cut your finger nails (especially the thumb) in advance.
Bring a blanket and pillow to be more comfortable.

Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich bin Vanessa und wohne in Berlin.
Bewusste Berührung und Massage war schon immer eine Leidenschaft von mir. Seit ein paar Jahren beschäftigte ich mich intensiver damit und gebe Fussreflexzonenmassagen und ayurvedische Marmamassage.
In einem weiteren Workshop will ich noch meine zweite Leidenschaft das Malen mit euch teilen: wir bemalen zusammen unsere Körper mit Bodypainting farben. 🎨
Ich freue mich mit euch kreativ zu werden, die Pinsel zu schwingen und massieren:)
